We, the members of GSC-ALLIANCE, together with our partners, developers, and investment companies, have set an ambitious goal — to design, develop, finance, build, and operate 100 Smart Cities across Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and Afghanistan by 2050. These projects are not only about building modern urban, industrial, and logistics infrastructure, but also about creating a sustainable, innovative, and environmentally responsible ecosystem for future generations.
Our approach is based on a global consortium model, bringing together governments, financial institutions, investment funds, and private developers. This model enables us to integrate international expertise, advanced technologies, and financial resources to successfully implement large-scale, high-impact projects.
The key focus areas of our initiative include:
Smart Infrastructure — intelligent transport systems, IoT integration, and AI-driven urban management;
Green & Sustainable Cities — renewable energy solutions, energy efficiency, and environmentally friendly urban development;
Innovation & Technology — IT parks, startup ecosystems, research and development centers, and knowledge-based industries;
Industry & Logistics Hubs — industrial zones, logistics centers, and integrated regional transport corridors;
Tourism & Recreation Centers — development of modern tourism destinations and recreational ecosystems.
Our strategy goes far beyond construction. We are building integrated economic ecosystems where key priorities include job creation, attraction of international investments, development of local economies, and strengthening regional cooperation.
GSC-ALLIANCE is more than a project — it is a strategic platform for shaping the future of Central Asia. Through the “Smart & Sustainable Cities 2050” vision, we aim to position the region as a global hub for innovation, investment, and sustainable urban development.
